Comments:	After using a partial denture for a number of years it was necessary to have a further natural tooth extracted and the existing denture then created a problem. as it was unsatisfactory i made an appointment with Dr. G. Taneja to solicit his opinion. I was very impressed with his advice and as a result a new denture was designed and fitted. this has been very efficient and after an initial 'wearing in' period it gives no problems. Consultation with Dr. Taneja was pleasant and very informative and i can thoroughly recommend his services.

Very very clear – explains all the needs to be done and throughout any procedure keeps the patient fully informed and as relaxed as possible – which sometimes is not easy. The clinic is very professional in its presentation and spotlessly clean. Comments:	In no particular order – just as it comes to mind. Waiting room cheerful, I like the water cooler, one’s mouth can dry our waiting. Some more up-to-date magazines would help, I don’t feel like reading ‘time’. Friendly, helpful office staff, dental assistant. They put you at ease. Dentist himself is thoroughly professional, I like the way he lets you know what is happening every step of the way. Appreciate the ‘please’ and ‘thank yous’ both to patient and staff. Advice re treatment needed is fully explained. Appointments usually run to time. Enjoy the relaxing music. Appreciate the warm friendly manner of dentist and staff who make you feel like a person, not a number. Can recommend the practice to others, a pleasure to visit.

Gaurav patiently attended to all my extra calling in to replace the protective cap. I have always had regular dental care when Don Calder retired I could have gone to the local dentist but I thought I would give “the new guy” a chance. I like your dentistry skills. You also have good relationship skills. I find the tram pleasant and efficient. I have never had any problem with any person. So I am well satisfied customer in all ways and when I got a second opinion about the bridge being done- your price was the best value!

Comments:	Does anyone ever enjoy doing to the dentist? Aside from the pain inflicted by the expected bill, there’s the tooth pain, the drill pain, the scrub, scrape and rub pain. To say nothing of the pick, press and stick pain. However, the treatment I received at your surgery was quite pleasurable. The relaxed, friendly staff and pleasant waiting room set the scene. It was reassuring that the state of the art technology in x ray machines and computerized data ensured the most accurate and best treatment possible. Appointments were punctual and efficient. And I am delighted to have lost my old black inside mouth and be able to flash pearly whites almost as sparkling as they were in my youth!
